How to... keep your profile active


  1. Work at least 36 assignments per school year; 10 assignments per school year for retired teachers
                                  -  For those who were active substitutes last school year, held a temporary assignment during the current school year                                               and would like to return as a substitute for the upcoming school year, please email our office.
            2.    Complete the Annual Update Form annually, assuming you have worked an average of one day per week and want to                                         remain active for the next school year
             3.     Submit negative TB test results every four years*

             4.      (If you had to renew your credential) Forward the substitute office the email from the CTC with the most updated                                                     expiration date and document number

*Note:  Current employees who have updated their TB test (required every four years) may submit a TB test reimbursement form  directly to Eva Belmonte-Pon at Belmonte-PonE@sfusd.edu.
